Excellent Stay
We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a bus holiday , first impression was wow, what a beautiful hotel , very clean , staff very helpful and nothing was a problem, we requested a fridge in our room and one was there when we got back later on . The food was excellent, plenty choices , entertainment at night was good as meant you didn’t have to go out the hotel . The shuttle bus is good for going into town for €2 each . The room was big plenty room , bed really comfy. Nice location and not to far from town

Absolutely beautiful place. Will return again
We went for the Paul smith event at the weekend and it was our first ever time staying at this hotel but after an hour I felt like I knew the place all my life everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. Staff is very friendly and the layout of the place is phenomenal even a shop inside like where do you find it anywhere else.

Night Away
We have stayed at the Gleneagle many times. We stayed Thursday night for my Birthday and weren't disappointed had a great stay. Room was comfy and the air conditioning unit a absolute bonus. We had dinner in the bar restaurant which was lovely, all staff from reception, consiage, restaurant, breakfast and bar staff are a credit to the hotel. We very much enjoyed Effie O'Neil in the Ballroom and her band. Breakfast was lovely as always and I was pleased that I could get poached eggs also loved the mini cheese scones. Looking forward to our next stay.

The Best family break.
Availed of the solo parent break offer and myself and my daughter had the most amazing time! Hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly and the children’s entertainment each evening was a big hit with my little one. She already wants to go back!Thank you for a memorable trip.

Outstanding!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the bike fest - what a weekend! Room was top notch and balcony was well worth the small extra charge. Food was good and breakfast had everything you could want including smoked salmon. Super event with lots of live music and entertainment. The bikes were the highlight, all shapes and sizes! We will be back next year.

A quiet, relaxed and memorable accommodation, leisure and dining experience at Gleneagle.
The hotel is very accessible, its location suited our holiday plans.

The environment was very quiet and offered us the privacy we deserved despite it being a hive of activity due to the Bikefest and bank holiday weekend.

The premises were kept clean and tidy and yes, your pillows were the fluffiest, I even scanned the bar code so I can get myself same.

Breakfast served was yummy and offered great variety.

The 2 gentlemen (sorry I forgot their names) who were bar tending in the evening on 01/06/2025 were the nicest, very polite and efficient they deserve recognition. Thumbs up

Family Weekend Away
Lovely weekend spent here. Despite the hotel being very busy with communions, the service and experience did not drop in standards.
The staff are a great asset: helpful, friendly, considerate. The breakfasts are delicious and the hotel offers so many amenities on hand- live music, the Arena, leisure centre and gym.
The view is spectacular, the location is excellent, ample private parking.
We'll be back!

My Go To Hotel In Killarney
Love this hotel. A regular visitor here and tbh if it's not available when I'm looking for a weekend break, I tend not to even consider another hotel in Killarney and will look else where. On this, like on many other visits, I availed of the solo family break offer for myself and my 5yo daughter and also took in a show at the adjoining Arena. If you so choose to, you don't have to venture out of the hotel as there is always something going on here, likes swimming, kids entertainment, gift shops, live music etc. The perfect getaway break for couples or in my case families. 5 star all the way.
