Terms & Conditions 

Payment:
• A €100 deposit per room is required at the time of booking. Our Reservations Team will contact you directly to process this deposit.
• Bookings are not final or fully confirmed until the deposit has been secured.
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. In this case, the balance will not be charged.
• Deposits are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances, deposits may be transferred to a future date at the discretion of the hotel.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival = full charge.

Booking:
• Book directly via our website or Reservations Team.
• Each couple or family must make a separate booking; combining multiple parties is not permitted.
• ID required at check-in; bookings are non-transferable.
• Dinner and entertainment are exclusive to package guests.

Behaviour:
• Family-friendly environment. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
