Discover an evening of Japanese-inspired dining at Fiadh. From crispy karee pan and prawn okonomiyaki to beef tataki, tuna katsu and a delicate custard dessert, this six-course menu brings together contrasting flavours and textures for a memorable night out. Settle in with a glass of Prosecco on arrival and enjoy John Magann on piano as the evening unfolds.

Karee Pan: Slow-cooked root vegetables in apple curry, served in a traditional crispy bread.
Prawn Okonomiyaki: Atlantic prawn pancake, sesame, shaved bonito flakes, trout roe and Kewpie mayo.
Beef Tataki: Tim Jones Prime Irish beef fillet, ponzu glaze, shoestring fries and tenderstem broccoli.
Tuna Katsu: Panko-fried tuna loin, pickled daikon and cucumber salad, tonkatsu sauce and wasabi.
Miso Soup: Classic clear broth rich in deep umami flavour, complemented with silken tofu, enoki mushrooms and scallions.
Purin: Custard pudding with matcha shortbread.
